Precision thermoformed packaging, in all sizes – from small surgical tips and other precision products to large-capacity medical trays. We support class 10,000 and 100,000 clean room thermoforming, ensuring medical grade quality.

Design & engineering of packaging to to fit any specification. In-house tooling and rapid prototyping enable us to create packaging quickly and efficiently.

Unit-dose packaging. Our automated machinery utilizes in-line forming and sealing of polymeric material. This next-generation process eliminates the three-step process once used, minimizing the possibility of contamination.
