Manufacturing
Our comprehensive capabilities include a fully integrated machine shop to provide tooling and state-of-the-art equipment for injection molding, syringe filling, printing, packaging into kits and final production (boxing, shrink wrapping, etc.). We also specialize in manufacturing custom thermoformed packaging for medical devices, syringes, tips and pills, as well as unit-dose packaging.

All products are manufactured and tested in accordance with applicable standards of the American Dental Association, Food and Drug Administration, International Organization for Standardization, and the European Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC. OraTech is verified to ISO 13485 and particular requirements of ISO 9001 by a recognized CMDCAS Registrar and CE marks products accordingly.
